Education is a key element for empowering the children of Uganda with hope for the future. While the Uganda Government supports education, funds for adequate facilities, teachers, and infrastructures are sorely lacking. As a result, many schools have conditions that are not conducive to a healthy and productive learning. Medical clinics are often full of sick and dying students. Plus many children are not able to attend schools due to a lack of financial resources for school fees, uniform, personal requirements and scholastic needs etc Mayuge Hope Ministries aims at providing support to the needy children to ensure access to affordable and quality education services through schools that have sufficient clean water, toilet facilities and sanitation and health training to improve the health of the children as well as they focus on their learning capabilities. MHM has also created the education sponsorship program. Sponsorships are child-specific with donations given monthly. Primary $40 – 70, Secondary $70 – 100. Funds pay for fees, uniforms, lunch, medical and other necessities that allow children to attend school
